Placing and Accepting Orders:
Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and Accessories Shopping is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Accessories Shopping is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.
Shipping Costs:
Items are shipped with Royal Mail.
Postage costs to the UK, Scotland and Wales are as follows:-
The first item costs £2.99 and then £0.99 for each additional item.
Postage costs to Ireland are as follows:-
The first item costs £3.99 and then £0.99 for each additional item.
At the moment we do not ship to Europe or the Rest of the World.
Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
Cancellation by You:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team by email on orders@accessories-shopping.com immediately. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.
Returns:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, ou can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs.
Damaged/Defective Goods:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will refund the cost of the order including postage costs (and postage costs of returning the item(s) to us.
We check all items returned and if they are not found to be damaged/defective, or have been deliberately damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and claim any relevant expenses from you.
We retain proof of postage. If your order does not arrive within 28 days, please contact us to investigate. We will issue a replacement order if your order has been lost in post. |
